Your Life Begins With Words

Have you ever felt hurt by someone's words? Do you ever feel get a boost from someone because  of his words? yes indeed ... as if the words have in shaping their own strength .. person INCLUDING YOU

Words can sharpen, shape or kill you. words that are consistently repeated again and again for ourselves, we have established today. All the message to sink our subconscious and will automatically replay in our minds "as talking to yourself".


My MAN IS BROKEN
what you feel when you read the phrase above me ..? repeat these words over and wait for the next effect...

(I'm joking of course ... because it was so great effect if you continue, experienced..hehe)
If you are constantly praised, and you'll be more confident.
If you are constantly criticized, you will feel powerless, low self-esteem, no berharkat and no dignity.
Once you realize the cause of many doubts, worries, anger, and behaviors that inhibit the self, then you can do something to fix all that.


WHAT YOU CAN DO?
What can you do to repair the damage that has occurred, is replacing all the negative messages that milling about inside your head with positive messages. Positive messages called affirmations. And with constant repetition, the message will penetrate into your subconscious.
After the message arrived at the place, then he will start forming a new trust, and ultimately leads to a variety of new behaviors, positive and constructive. because believe it or not...in one day humans only use positive affirmations in him as much as 20%..residual negative affirmations in the form of doubt, distrust yourself, and feel weak
Now think of how long you live and count how many negative words are included in your subconscious mind..
So do not be surprised if you feel like a success of yourself and live a very hard truth is VERY simple.

1.      How to make affirmations
Focus on what you want, NOT on what you want to avoid. Instance, if you want to break the habit of despair, not to say "I will not despair from now" because the sentence was actually focused on the behavior you want to avoid. In other words, if you continue to think the word "desperate", then you tend to be more and enjoy what you are saying. Focus on what you want to say "I kept trying and are confident to achieve it".

make your affirmations short

use the present tense

make specific

use first person pronouns second and third
When you talk to yourself, using first person pronouns and not stick with negative words. For example, if you say “I’m stupid”, it will make others say “you are stupid”. Similarly Rudi stupid. Replace them with positive words. “I’m the best”. “You’re the best”. “Rudi is the best too”.

2.      Avoid conflict
If I use the phrase “I believe in myself”, not that I lack confidence? If this question is not exactly an affirmation of fraud? How can I trust a lie? There are five ways to reconcile these conflicts.

First, the re-affirmation that crafts the words into something that can be trusted. CHANGE “I believe” with “every day I become more confident”. exact words are less important. It is important that you can trust yourself.

Second, realize that your affirmations are NOT statements of fact, but an announcement about your target. That's not a fact, but it is the first step in realizing your dreams.

Third, use the rejection. Replace myself with “I believe I have been a coward. I am always confident”. Remember, do not just say “I was never a coward” because that will focus on negative behavior. Immediately follow with “me always confident”. That way, the statement will be positive again. Rejection by the sentence “I am always confident” of your subconscious will say that “I was a coward” not true.

Fourth, and this technique is very powerful. Use two sheets of paper. In a paper to write your affirmations about 20-10 times. Every time you write an affirmation, immediately write on the paper the other, regardless of the thoughts in your head associated with that affirmation. Continue to do so, affirmation - response, affirmation - response. You will find that your response in the second paper will slowly change. Responses will become more positive. For example :

AFFIRMATIONS TRAIN
Before starting to exercise, relax and clear your mind. Decide who will you handle this problem, then create your affirmations. For example, “I was embarrassed”. Then I make the assertion “I stopped being embarrassed. I feel comfortable talking with others”. While the asserted myself, I no longer take action to avoid other people, and say “Hi how are you?”. When I passed other people, I also welcome “Hey how you doing?”. There is no process be stopped.
